Method
Cut tempeh into chunks and marinate in Bay’s Kitchen
Tikka Masala Stir-in Sauce overnight or for a few hours.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over a low heat, add tempeh chunks and cook for 10 minutes. Then add spinach leaves.
Meanwhile cook the rice.
Take the tempeh off the heat and add chopped coriander and lime to taste.
Serve with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and rice.
