* All UK mainland economy orders will be delivered in 3-4 business days. Economy orders for the Channel Islands will be delivered within 3-5 business days. Please be aware your dispatch notification email will be sent in 1-2 business days.
** All priority orders received before 12 noon Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day and delivered the next working day. Orders received after 12pm or at the weekend and on bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
*** Orders with Free Delivery will be despatched on our economy service to arrive in 3-4 working days. Please note the £35 threshold for free delivery is calculated on the subtotal of the items in the basket, after any discounts or promotions have been applied. Therefore if a discount has made the items subtotal under £35 then shipping fees will be added.
Please note our office and warehouse are closed on bank holidays. Therefore orders will be delayed over bank holiday weekends and enquiries will be replied to the next working day.
Extreme weather conditions and other circumstances out of our control may delay deliveries. If you have any queries regarding your delivery please email us at and include your name, shipping address and order number and we will get back to you asap.
Returns & Refunds
Food & Symptom Diaries can be returned for a refund as long as we receive the item(s) within 14 days of order and they are in a resalable (as sold) condition. If diaries are returned due to being faulty, we will refund your original postage and return postage fee to you.
Food products cannot be refunded unless they are faulty/broken on delivery. Please check your delivery to check all items arrived in good condition. If any items are incorrect, or have been damaged in transit then please contact us within 24hours, via email or call (see details below).
We will not accept responsibility for parcels which are undelivered or mis-routed due to the customer providing incomplete or incorrect address details, or due to the customer not being available to receive the parcel.
