PLEASE NOTE – All shipments to the EU are currently suspended until further notice.
*All UK mainland orders will be delivered in 1-2 business days. Orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day and delivered the next working day. Orders received after 12pm or at the weekend and on bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
**Orders with Free Delivery will be despatched on our standard service to arrive in 1-2 working days for UK mainland or 2 -5 days for the highlands, islands and Northern Ireland.Orders with Free Delivery will be despatched on our standard service to arrive in 1-2 working days. Please note the £30 threshold for free delivery is calculated on the subtotal of the items in the basket, after any discounts or promotions have been applied. Therefore if a discount has made the items subtotal under £30 then shipping fees will be added.
***Orders for the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands and Northern Ireland will be delivered within 3-7 business days. Please be aware your dispatch notification email will be sent in 1-2 business days after your order is placed.
Please note our offices and warehouse are closed on bank holidays. Therefore orders will be delayed over bank holiday weekends and enquiries will be replied to the next working day.
Extreme weather conditions and other circumstances out of our control may delay deliveries.
