Bay’s Kitchen produce award-winning, Low FODMAP, Gluten Free, Vegan foods. We have this website to sell our products, allow users to subscribe to our emails, to hold our Low FODMAP recipes, to provide information on IBS and the Low FODMAP Diet through our information pages and our blog and to provide contact information for us.
