Bay’s Kitchen Recipe Booklet features over 40 delicious, Low FODMAP, Gluten Free recipes, many of which provide inspiration for using our sauces and some use our concentrated stocks to! There are lots of Vegetarian, Vegan and Dairy-free recipes too – these are highlighted throughout the booklet.
