Why Bay's Kitchen?
Bay's Kitchen was born from a desire to create a new range of low FODMAP food products to help fellow IBS sufferers find food which is low in FODMAP's , yes tastes great and is convenient for our fast paced lives.
I'M NOT ON A LOW FODMAP DIET - CAN I EAT BAY’S KITCHEN PRODUCTS?
Yes! Bay’s Kitchen products can be enjoyed by all the family. We have really focussed on taste of the products, so everyone can enjoy them together!
However, it is not advisable to ONLY eat Low FODMAP foods unless you have been advised to do so by a medical professional, as the diet is very restrictive. Anyone not on the diet can enjoy our foods, but ensure it is part of their usual balanced diet.

All allergen information is provided on the jar label and on the individual product page on the shop on this website. All allergens will be highlighted in Bold.

ARE ALL YOUR FOOD PRODUCTS LOW FODMAP CERTIFIED?

All of our products are also Gluten Free certified, Dairy Free Certified and the majority are also Vegan approved!
HOW LONG CAN I KEEP YOUR PRODUCTS?
All of our products are ambient – meaning they are kept in a store cupboard rather than fridge or freezer before opening.
All products will arrive from us with a minimum of 3 months shelf life, though often the shelf life is much, much longer than this.
Sauces, soups and gravies – these need to be stored in the fridge once opened and consumed within 2 days.
Concentrated stocks, chutneys and condiments – these need to be stored in the fridge once opened and consumed within one month.
All of our products can be frozen, however we can’t guarantee the quality will be just as good after doing so.
