Refund policy
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled and refunded if they haven't already been processed at our warehouse. Please email us at hello@bayskitchen.com or call us on 01242 33527 if you wish to cancel your order and we will advise if we can do so, or if it is too late and the order has been processed.
Non-returnable Items
Food products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty/broken on delivery. Please check your delivery carefully on arrival to ensure all items arrived in good condition. If any items are incorrect or have been damaged in transit then please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery, via email hello@bayskitchen.com or call 01242 335247 and we will evaluate the issue and correct it asap for you.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Diaries
Food & Symptom Diaries can be returned (at your own cost) for a refund as long as we receive the item(s) within 14 days of delivery and they are in a resalable (as sold) condition. If these items are returned due to being faulty, we will refund your original postage and return postage fee to you. To return an item, please contact us at hello@bayskitchen.com stating your name and order number, and reason for return and then we will provide details on where to send the item.
Incorrect Deliveries
We will not accept responsibility for parcels which are undelivered or misrouted due to the customer providing incomplete or incorrect address details. If a parcel cannot be delivered it will be returned to our warehouse. Upon receipt, we will provide a refund, excluding the original postage fee paid. If you still wish to receive your parcel, please reorder on our website, ensuring the correct address is provided and any delivery instructions added.
