HOW DO I MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Open tabOnce purchased, you will see ‘Subscriptions’ in the menu under ‘My Account‘ page, and in here you can manage your subscription and see all the details about it, including when your next payment date will be. You can easily change your flavours, update your address, update your payment information, cancel or renew your subscription within ‘My Account‘. If you want to renew your subscription earlier than the next date, you can just click ‘renew’ and it will renew that date for you, and then monthly from that new date.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Open tabYes! Once purchased, you will see ‘Subscriptions’ in the menu under ‘My Account‘ page. If you click into the subscription you wish to amend, you can easily change your flavours, update your address, update your payment information, cancel or renew your subscription within ‘My Account‘. If you want to renew your subscription earlier than the next date, you can just click ‘renew’ and it will renew that date for you, and then monthly from that new date.
If you are changing your flavours, please note it will take you back through the checkout page. However, you will see the total will be £0 to pay today, meaning it’s just changing it, not renewing it and sending it to you today.
AM I ABLE TO PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Open tabYes! Go to ‘Subscriptions’ in the menu under ‘My Account‘ page. If you click into the subscription you wish to pause, you should see ‘Pause’ as a button next to actions.
