Ingredients

  • 2 packs gluten-free, low FODMAP gnocchi (Gluten Free & Dairy-free, e.g. potato + rice)
  • 1 jar Bay’s Kitchen Spicy Arrabbiata Stir-In
    Sauce
  • 150ml coconut cream (or coconut milk, reduced
    slightly)       
  • Fresh basil      
  • 3 tbsp garlic-infused oil
  • Salt & pepper

Method

  1. Gently heat the Bay's Kitchen Spicy Arrabbiata Stir-in Sauce with coconut cream to make it silky, smooth, and glossy
  2. Add the gnocchi and stir through until everything is evenly coated in the sauce.
  3. Bake at 200°C for around 20 minutes, until bubbling and lightly golden on top.
  4. Meanwhile, make the basil oil by blitzing basil with garlic-infused oil and a pinch of salt until fresh and vibrant.
  5. To serve, spoon the gnocchi hot from the oven, drizzle over the basil oil, and finish with fresh basil leaves.
