1 Jar Bay’s Kitchen Tikka Masala Stir-in Sauce
200g Tempeh
200g Spinach
20g Sesame seeds
15g Coriander
2 Tbsp Sesame oil
1 Lime

To serve

Basmati or pilau rice

Please note this does not include the rice to serve.

  • Cut tempeh into chunks and marinate in Bay’s Kitchen
    Tikka Masala Stir-in Sauce overnight or for a few hours.
  • Heat sesame oil in a pan over a low heat, add tempeh chunks and cook for 10 minutes. Then add spinach leaves.
  • Meanwhile cook the rice
  • Take the tempeh off the heat and add chopped coriander
    and lime to taste.
  • Serve with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and rice.
