1 Jar Bay’s Kitchen Tikka Masala Stir-in Sauce
20g Sesame seeds
2 Tbsp Sesame oil
Basmati or pilau rice

- Cut tempeh into chunks and marinate in Bay’s Kitchen
Tikka Masala Stir-in Sauce overnight or for a few hours.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over a low heat, add tempeh chunks and cook for 10 minutes. Then add spinach leaves.
- Meanwhile cook the rice
- Take the tempeh off the heat and add chopped coriander
and lime to taste.
- Serve with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and rice.
