Method
- Add the garlic-infused oil to a pan over a medium heat. When glossy, add the chopped chilli and smoked paprika and cook for a minute. Add in the prawns and fry for a few minutes, until pink and cooked through.
- Remove the pan from the heat and stir through the butter, squeeze over half the lemon juice and sprinkle over the chopped parsley.
- Spoon a generous amount of Bay’s Kitchen Garlic-Infused Mayo into a bowl and serve alongside the prawns, bread and extra lemon wedges for squeezing.
