- Add your pasta to a saucepan of boiling salted water.
- Cook as per instructions. Once al dente, sieve and leave the pasta to cool.
- Add the Bay’s Kitchen Classic Basil Pesto to the pasta and stir thoroughly.
- Chop tomatoes in half or quarters depending on how big you want them.
- Stir tomatoes and mozzarella pearls through the pesto pasta.
- Sprinkle pine nuts on top. Add fresh basil, salt and pepper to taste.
- Enjoy straight away or store in the fridge until you're ready to serve.
