Pesto Pasta Salad



  1. Add your pasta to a saucepan of boiling salted water. 
  2. Cook as per instructions. Once al dente, sieve and leave the pasta to cool.
  3. Add the Bay’s Kitchen Classic Basil Pesto to the pasta and stir thoroughly. 
  4. Chop tomatoes in half or quarters depending on how big you want them. 
  5. Stir tomatoes and mozzarella pearls through the pesto pasta.
  6. Sprinkle pine nuts on top. Add fresh basil, salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Enjoy straight away or store in the fridge until you're ready to serve.

**According to the Monash University, cherry tomatoes are Low FODMAP at 45g serving (approximately 3 medium tomatoes). Do not exceed this quantity to ensure it's Low FODMAP.
