This handy Food & Symptom Diary has 4 months of pages to record and track your food intake as well as your symptoms, with a quick-reference symptom scale at the side to log how you felt that day – making it easy to look back and find patterns between your most symptomatic days to identify your personal triggers. Also includes areas to note key triggers like alcohol, sleep, stress and exercise. There are diary tables for the re-introduction stage of the Low FODMAP Diet and a useful Low FODMAP Pantry List. We have also worked with Registered & Fodmap Trained Dietitian Laura Tilt, to ensure the diary obtains all the info dietitians will need to help you identify your triggers and improve your IBS symptoms. This diary is best I have seen anywhere it has everything you need without it being laborious or fussy and as a plus it looks so nice and is made of fantastic quality.

Great food diary

After some periods of gastric distress I resolved to start a food diary to try and work out what exactly was the cause. If you look up food diary's all you get is weightloss diary's which is not what I wanted. This was the only food diary for logging FOOD not calories that I could find and come with stool charts and all sorts of useful stuff that I hadn't actually considered. I'm sure with the help of this diary I will finally track down what I'm eating that's triggering me.
