Hunter's Chicken



  1. Oil a roasting dish and add in the chicken breasts and bacon. Season with salt and pepper. Cook at 200C/180C fan for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  2. Once the chicken is cooked, pour the Bay’s Kitchen BBQ Sauce over the top and sprinkle over the cheese.
  3. Place back in the oven for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the sauce is bubbling.
  4. Serve with your favourite Low FODMAP sides.
