This handy Food & Symptom Diary has 4 months of pages to record and track your food intake as well as your symptoms, with a quick-reference symptom scale at the side to log how you felt that day – making it easy to look back and find patterns between your most symptomatic days to identify your personal triggers. Also includes areas to note key triggers like alcohol, sleep, stress and exercise. There are diary tables for the re-introduction stage of the Low FODMAP Diet and a useful Low FODMAP Pantry List. We have also worked with Registered & Fodmap Trained Dietitian Laura Tilt, to ensure the diary obtains all the info dietitians will need to help you identify your triggers and improve your IBS symptoms.
