Method
-
Preheat the oven to 200C, 180C fan, gas mark 6 and have a deep baking tray or dish ready.
-
Place the block of feta cheese in the centre of the baking dish and drizzle with the garlic-infused olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and bake for 15 minutes, or until the feta has softened and is starting to turn golden and blister at the edges.
-
Pour over two jars of Bay’s Kitchen Tomato and Basil Stir-In Sauce and sprinkle over some chilli flakes, if you like. Place the dish back in the oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbling and hot through.
-
Meanwhile, bring a large pan of water to the boil. Add a good sprinkle of salt and tumble in the pasta. Cook according to packet instructions, then reserve a mug of the pasta water and drain.
-
Tumble the cooked pasta into the feta and tomato sauce mix, add a splash of the reserved pasta water and give everything a stir to combine. Sprinkle some fresh basil leaves over the top and serve.
